Dear Parents/Guardians,
In the true spirit of Christmas, the OLG Luke 4:18 Committee will begin two charitable campaigns. Starting December 2nd, we will begin our Christmas Food and Toiletry drive, together with our Toonies for Toys Drive. Please see below for specific information.
OLG CHRISTMAS FOOD AND TOILETRY DRIVE
Please bring in any of the following to help those in need over the holiday season:
- Canned fruits and vegetables
- Rice
- Cereal
- Juice boxes
- Kid snacks (peanut free)
- Tea, coffee
- All toiletries
Donations collected will go to the Aurora Food Pantry
OLG TOONIES FOR TOYS
Every student is asked to bring in a toonie to contribute to a class toy donation. All toonies are asked to be in by Friday, December 10th. Once all toonies are collected each class will buy an appropriate toy for their age group. Any unwrapped toys are also welcome. All toys will be donated to the York Regional Police Holiday Heroes Campaign.
