We are excited to announce that our school will be celebrating Carnaval the week of January 30th – February 2nd. We have planned a fun-filled week of theme days and activities to celebrate this festive occasion.
The week will begin on Monday, January 30th, with a “Sports” day, where students are encouraged to wear their favourite sportswear. On Tuesday, January 31st, we will have a “Café Français”, where students can dress up in red, white and blue and will be treated to a french cafe experience. Wednesday, February 1st, is “Fun in the Sun” day, where students dress in their favourite beach attire. Finally, on Thursday, February 2nd, we will end the week with a “Toque and Scarf” day where students will get to show off their favourite toque and scarfs.
In addition to these theme days, there will also be a variety of fun activities taking place throughout the week. These include daily bingo, qui est Bon homme? And building bon homme structures. We hope that you will encourage your children to participate in the theme days and activities, and we are looking forward to a fun-filled week of celebration!
